About
Welcome to The Randolph Diner Bar & Grill, a hidden gem nestled conveniently near major roadways, particularly Route 10. As a food reviewer, my palate has traveled far and wide, but this diner offers something uniquely enchanting. It’s not just a diner; it’s an expansive culinary experience spread over two spacious floors. The moment you step inside, you'll be greeted by a delightful ambiance akin to dining in a fairytale forest, highlighted by a striking tree that gracefully occupies the center of the dining area.
During my visits, I've noticed how every detail matters at The Randolph. Despite a bustling atmosphere—especially on weekend evenings—the service remains prompt and attentive. Diners like Frenite have praised how quickly they were seated and served, which speaks volumes about the efficiency and professionalism of the staff.
The menu here reads like a novel, offering an impressive selection of dishes. From fluffy pancakes that melt in your mouth to savory turkey sausage bursting with flavor, there’s a bounty for all taste buds. Doug Fischer found his simple breakfast of an omelet and toast to be executed flawlessly, indicating that even the basics shine at this establishment.
However, the real standout lies in their dessert selection, boldly displayed in glass cases upon entry. Ash Storms recounts the welcoming nature of the staff and how the diner manages to maintain spacious seating despite a seemingly packed parking lot. This dual focus on quality food and inviting atmosphere makes The Randolph Diner Bar & Grill a must-visit.
Each dish is prepared with meticulous care, as noted by Jon Skewes, who declared his experience "absolutely incredible." The flavors are vibrant, and the presentation eloquent. The Randolph is beyond the typical diner; it’s a magical retreat that beckons you with its warmth and culinary prowess. If you're looking for a place that balances comfort food with an extraordinary dining experience, look no further than The Randolph Diner Bar & Grill. “ The Randolph Diner is not your typical American diner, but an expansive restaurant. It has two large floors with plenty of bright rooms full of seating. I went on a Friday night, and it was extremely crowded. Given the situation, I was impressed that this restaurant is so well-run. I was seated quickly, the service was prompt, and everything came out fairly quickly. It’s not just the restaurant size that was impressive. The menu itself has so much to choose from no matter what you’re in the mood for. I ended up choosing the roast turkey dinner with stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, mixed vegetables, and a salad. Everything tasted great and it was a very generous portion size. It’s a bit pricy for a diner, but then again this is nothing like your normal diner. I really enjoyed my dinner at the Randolph Diner and highly recommend dining here. ”
“ Great gem hidden. The location is near major roadways, specifically Rt10, so it's very convenient. The food is delicious, the staff is very courteous. The decor is eye-catching, and I love the tree that sits in the middle of the dining area. It creates such a lovely ambiance almost like you're in a fairytale forest. I will definitely be going back soon. ”
“ Take my review with a grain of salt because I only ordered an omelet, toast, and pancakes, which are pretty hard to butcher. Granted, I thought all 3 were good, plus their bakery looks . The atmosphere inside has a nice vibe, servers were attentive, and the menu selection is solid. Was only passing through the area and needed a quick bite to eat, but I was glad I stopped here. Would def come back again. ”
“ The menu was a novel--so much to choose from. The pancakes were fluffy as heck. The turkey sausage actually had flavor. Amazing place. ”
“ I’ve been to A LOT of diners on the east coast, and Randolph just has a totally different atmosphere than most. When you walk in there’s huge cases showing the amazing dessert options they offer. The staff is so attentive and welcoming too. There’s seating for days. And as packed as the parking lot may seem, do not be discouraged that there may not be seats inside… this place is spacious. It doesn’t look it from the outside either which surprises you. The food was great and their Bloody Mary hit the spot. ”
